Effectiveness/Usability Evaluations

Wondering how well your current online learning programs are working? Evaluating the effectiveness of any program is a rigorous task, but our team's approach can provide information that's much more informative than self-reports from learners.

We'll evaluate programs using our expertise in software usability, via interviews with learners, and via observing learners' interactions with the program in the real context in which they use it. After review, we'll produce a report that suggests potential improvements, if needed.
